# Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling and document organization.
- Coordinate and track project timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with basic financial record-keeping, expense tracking, and invoicing.
- Provide excellent communication and support to partners.
- Assist with basic data entry and analysis.
- Help to organize and maintain company files.
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Provide input and feedback to the founder.
# Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative or operational support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Basic financial literacy.
